Screens cast powerful spells. Rules alone won’t break them. So we chose a different path: meet magic with better magic. We built Pandora’s Way to make adolescence a rite of passage, not a tug-of-war.

Javier saw it early, designing Europe’s first Android phone while still a teen. Betty, a single mom and education expert, studied how rites of passage help kids grow—and reimagined them for the digital age. Memo, a dad and Silicon Valley veteran, knew how engagement tactics hook kids, and how to fight them.

Our promise is simple: we'll meet you where you are. Our early pilots show the tone can indeed shift—from tension to shared agreements, from fear to resilience.

Founded the Center for Ritual Design, former innovation director at George Lucas’ Educational Foundation.

Teenagers and young adults advise and review critically most of our work, ensuring it aligns with the needs of their peers. They also make sure we're up-to-date with the latest memes.
